The Company has been notified that on 17 July 2008, Mr Keith Henry, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 6,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of approximately £2.01 each.  Mr Henry now holds 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company, and 750,000 share options.
