The Company has been notified that on 3 March 2008, Mr Francesco Scolaro, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased (a) 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.45 each and (b) an interest in an additional 185,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.45 each held through derivative or economic instruments. Mr Scolaro's holding in the Company now stands at (i) 853,879 Ordinary Shares and (ii) an interest in 1,633,067 Ordinary Shares held through derivative or economic instruments, representing in aggregate approximately 1.23 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
