The Company announces that Mr V F Timis has resigned as Chairman and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to devote more time to other business interests.  The Board of Directors of the Company expresses its appreciation to Mr Timis for his valued contributions to Regal since founding the business in November 1996.

The Company is actively looking to appoint a new Chairman.
