Further to recent media commentary, the Company announces that KPMG, its group company auditors, have resigned with immediate effect.

In accordance with section 394 of the Companies Act 1985, KPMG has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation that they consider should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.

The Company will be appointing new auditors in conjunction with the appointment of a new Nominated Adviser and Broker.
