The Company was notified on 10 June 2010 by BlackRock Inc that following a purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 June 2010, it now holds (i) 15,914,483 Ordinary Shares and (ii) an interest in 610,062 Ordinary Shares held through contracts for difference, representing 5.00 per cent. and 0.19 per cent. respectively and, in aggregate, 5.19 per cent., of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
