The Company was notified on 6 October 2008 by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 October 2008, it has an interest in 13,461,274 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 6.36 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
