The Company was notified on 23 September 2008 by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited that following the disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 September 2008, it has an interest in 11,983,617 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 5.66 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
